This is part of a body of work produced while on a residency at Chelsea Physic Garden in London whilst studying at the Royal College of Art. The black and white one-off print shows an enlarged, x-ray-like image of a tiny plant that was printed using a process called 'phytography' using the plants' internal chemistry and a handmade plant developer, sourced from the propagation area at Chelsea Physic Garden. This print was made using a different homemade plant developer which reacts differently depending on the terroir and plant and as a result, produces slightly different tones.
